Hello,i am from indonesia.
0062 is an IDD code for Indonesia.
034 is a Long Distance Direct Dial Code for the city namely Malang,it is in East Java.
But the rest 10 digit numbers seems to be too longer for a home phone number.It should be only 7 or 8 digit.There isnt any mobile phone number with such prefix number.
But mostly,its a number of a VOIP provider.
Then,I come to confuse like your phone company person…
