Has anyone got or used a VOIP / Skype USB converter to make a house phone a internet phone?

also can it be used together with a computer webcam or is it one or the other?

I have 2 at home and 3 at my work … normal phones work fine with VOIP adapters . and yes you can use a webcam at the same time … it really does depend on the speed of your internet connection …. 1500 – 512 would be my recommended minimum speed for anything like quality
