I bought a food processor called Rocket Chef. I cant find the instructions on how to use it. Does anyone have?

The simple machine can make ice cream, but it has so many different blades, it is difficult to know which blade to use for what purpose. if someone has a similar machine, would you be able to send the instructions as an attachment? I would be grateful for any leads. Thanks.
