Hi. What is the best way to cut power/electricity to an average house or office building in the uk? Please no jokes about working for the electricity supplier. Where abouts are most of the external power cables located outside the building.? Also does anyone know a way to disconnected someones phone line (cutting external cables) without opening the local wan cage. Speed is nice but silence is required.
